I was there at Lambeau Field in Green Bay in 1992 when Packers quarterback Don Majkowski went down with an ankle injury against the Cincinnati Bengals. A young and very
inexperienced Brett Favre came into the game. His performance was very poor in the begining, fumbling the ball four times in the packers first three possesions. [...]

There is a lot to be said about the bias of the main stream media on notable sports figures accused, but not convicted of crimes. There are two sides to every story, but you wouldn’t know that if you watch the news when they are covering a story involving a sports star that has been accused of a crime. There seems to be only one side to the story then, and it’s always a negative side.

There’s more. “Tanked” is also a story of my life. From the back woods of the south during a time when the country was still struggling with civil rights, to my relationship with the most influential and respected person in my life, my grandmother.

This book has been 8 years in the making. It is time to set the record straight. It is time to begin the healing process with family and friends who knew this ordeal was highly suspicious. This is my story and finally the truth.
